A: "I am a mother of two wonderful young women. I love to travel, kayak, and enjoy the outdoors. Solving puzzles is my addiction."
Q: Describe yourself in three words.
A: "Creative, problem-solver, passionate."
Q: We live in Winchester so I have to ask....are you an Ale 8 drinker?
A: "NO"
Q: Are you a dog or cat person?
A: "Cat"
Q: What's your favorite season?
A: "Spring"
Q: How long have you lived in Winchester?
A: "31 years"
Q: What are you known for around town?
A: "Probably my curly mop."
Q: If you work or own a business in Winchester… what is it that you do and/or what is your business?
A: "I am the Executive Director of the Clark County Homeless Coalition."
Q: Where is your favorite place to eat in Winchester?
A: "Blue Isle"
Q: What are some of your favorite places to go in Winchester-Clark County?
A: "Boonesboro, I know that's technically Madison County, but the great sites are in Clark County to kayak on the river, my back porch, Dirty South Pottery, the Farmer's Market."
Q: In what ways are you involved in the community?
A: "I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce and First United Methodist Church. Pre-COVID, I was involved in a lot, but haven't gotten back to that. "
Q: What, in your opinion, makes Winchester-Clark County a unique or special place to live?
A: "There are so many wonderful people here. I love living in a place where it is easy to feel connected. You can't get that in a large city."
Q: If you were going to introduce someone to Winchester-Clark County for the first time, what places, faces or activities would you tell them not to miss?
A: "In no particular order: Beer cheese, beer cheese, beer cheese-try them all! Ale-8, Dirty South, the Art Guild and Frames on Main, Masons, Blue Isle-must have their fried chicken! Abettor Brewing-our slice of big city cool, Engine House, catch a show at Leeds, and check out the Bluegrass Heritage Museum."
