Q: In a few sentences, tell me about yourself.


A: "Let’s see. I was born and raised in Winchester. I have been married for 14 years, have a amazing son named Abram, and have two French bulldogs who are spoiled rotten. I love being outdoors and traveling to new places. And I am fulfilling my life long dream of running a beautiful small business right in my hometown. ❤️"


Q: Describe yourself in three words.


A: "Loving/ spunky / hard working"


Q: We live in Winchester so I have to ask....are you an Ale 8 drinker?


A: "Yes"


Q: Are you a dog or cat person?


A: "Dog"


Q: What's your favorite season?


A: "Fall"


Q: How long have you lived in Winchester?


A: "Moved away for about a year but other than that I have lived here my whole life."


Q: What are you known for around town?


A: "Most people associate me with Beech Springs."


Q: If you work or own a business in Winchester… what is it that you do and/or what is your business?


A: "We try to provide fresh fruits and veggies throughout the season along with carrying local meat and local vendors in our store! We love to cook and have been adding a lot of things to that this year. We also have a love for flowers and pumpkins. Our main goal is to provide Winchester with fresher, better options when it comes to food to cook with at home. And to provide local vendors with a place that they can sell their items in our store without having to have a store of their own."


Q: Where is your favorite place to eat in Winchester?


A: "Loma’s/ South Main Grocery/ Bell on Wheels"


Q: What are some of your favorite places to go in Winchester-Clark County?


A: "Harkness Edwards Winery/ Craft Nook/ Abettor Brewery/ Court Street Gifts/ Legacy Park"


Q: In what ways are you involved in the community?


A: "Running a small business doesn’t leave me much opportunity to go out and serve but we have donated to all kinds of events this year whether it be for a local school or a person that got hurt that lives in our community in need of help. We did a Walk N Roll Spina Bifida event in October. We also always do an event in October to benefit the Stride Program here in town!"


Q: What, in your opinion, makes Winchester-Clark County a unique or special place to live?


A: "It really is the people! What brought me back when I moved away for a year was the people that I know and love and the small town feeling I missed."


Q: If you were going to introduce someone to Winchester-Clark County for the first time, what places, faces or activities would you tell them not to miss?


A: "I would say the best place to start is going to events that Winchester hosts. Like the Beer Cheese Festival, Legacy Nights, Pioneer Festival, Beer Cheese Trail and more. Just driving around to all your local businesses that are working hard to keep this community great! After all we literally can’t survive with you guys!"
